                                                                                    We Need Pictures!!!

We appreciate those of you who have previously submitted pictures for use in the Blue Light and other projects. We need pictures for the upcoming 2011 Local 798 Calendar. If you have any pictures you feel would be appropriate for publication in the Blue Light, or in the annual calendar, please submit them in whatever format you have (print or digital), via CD, Mail, or email to information@local798.org

Effective May 1, 2010 Local 798 will only hold membership applications for 6 months. It is up the applicant to resubmit the application back to the Local.

The Regular September Membership Meeting will be held at the Pipeliners Local Union 798 Union Hall, 4823 S. 83rd E. Ave., Tulsa, OK on Friday, September 10, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

 
Special Business: Nominations for Election of Officers, and Nominations for Election of 2011 UA Convention Delegates. See the Nominations notice included in this issue for further details.

                                 798 Ladies Hospitality & Motel Accommodations

The 798 Hospitality will be held at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel – 6808 S. 107th E. Ave., Tulsa, OK 74133 – beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2010.
